It's an interesting concept, but I say no for two good reasons.
1) While I hold an electrical contractor's license, not everybody 
does. There are laws in many states about unlicensed contractors 
advertising in any form. California, at least, can be pretty strict 
about it. The fact is, there are some good wrenches (and a few bad 
ones) who, for one reason or another, haven't taken that step. Most 
of us started out on the QT sometime, ya know?
2) We'd all get spammed and hustled by quick buck distributors, low 
ball shoppers, wackos, and other assorted nutcases who want your time 
and expertise, then go shop elsewhere. You don't advertise in HP, so 
maybe you aren't aware of this.
