Travis, I agree. The overhead to maintain batteries at float in sel mode may
be objectionable but when you start cycling them on a daily basis it only
gets worse. The logistics and possible customer confusion concerning the
operation of the system may also override any benefits of lbx (I don't see
there are any- except that technically you are no longer grid interactive).
Ive also found that battery watering requirements are less frequent in sel
mode compared to daily cycling. That makes sense to me.
