Lockable disconnect [RE-wrenches]

Greetings Wrenches:

The insurance issue that Kurt Nelson raises is very real here in WI.

It may be quite worse than anything that the Utilities have come up with to
date.

We have a net metering law in WI but the insurance Co.'s seem to be doing
as they wish at this time.

I suggested that the $'s total of payback from utilities does not
constitute a business but my comments fall on pre-purchased ears.

We need to get on the ball with this one or our payback timeline went from
too long to infinite.
