	Clive;

	Finding high voltage capacitors shouldn't be too hard. I regularly work
with caps that have DC working voltages of 12,000 volts. Tell your turbine
friend to check into parts suppliers for radio (and TV) broadcast
equipment. A 600 volt cap is a tiny one compared to what is available! I
can dig up some names/numbers/URL's if you are interested.
