In that same letter, John Shaffer goers on to state that if he uses all that
30 kWh per day (as if each day were sunny, that it would be cost $15,400 per
year from the utility.  Obviously he intended that to read $1,540 per year,
working backwards from his 40 year cost of $61,000.
