More Trace unresponsiveness [RE-wrenches]

	Hi Bob-O;

	Yes the EV was quite low on charge. It hasn't gotten much use for the last
three months, as I have been commuting 50 miles each way to a job in
Lebanon in my ICE pickup. Added to that is the low temperatures here and I
was just finishing up a long, hard run on the freeway. The E-Meter is
powered by 18 volts from the traction pack. I'd increase it to 24 v, but
that E-Meter you sold me won't dim in low light, and it's too blinding at
night on 24v. I need to send it back to Crusing Eqmnt and have that and
several other problems corrected.

1) Bigger tires
2) More seating
3) Tinted windows
4) Mudflaps, grille gaurds, driving lights
5) Crash protection
