Todd chargers in 24 VDC systems [RE-wrenches]

Steve Willey suggested the same fix and we'll try it. I think that 
there will be problems with the instrumentation. Unless each Todd 
puts out exactly the same amount of current, then the battery 
ampere-hour meter will become inaccurate on recharge.
