Cold Batteries [RE-wrenches]

Since I am no longer worried about the small fortune of batteries freezing
in the less than tight box truck I think I will get defensive and snooty.

A hydrometer Windy?  Heck, I can't use the one I've got at 77f  let alone at
zero (in the wind).

Wind chill is very much a factor on in animate objects in regards to how
fast they loose BTU's.  Ya' all leave me alone or I'll get into this shunt
discussion and tell you why I would do it series!  I have done all kinds of
studies on buildings thermal envelopes with utility grade analysis software.
(a past life)  Wind speed and direction can be a dramatic factor in how many
BTU's you have to put in a building to keep it comfortable.  Also, tell the
pipe that broke and froze under the cantilevered part of my house Sunday
that wind doesn't matter.  It had been that cold before but not that cold
and WINDY as when the pipe broke.

Soooo there..   I know you are..   but what I am I?

And when did (Slippery)Smitty one of first solar thousandaires get on this
list?  I thought we were trying to maintain some sort of standard.
