Islanding [RE-wrenches]

I have a copy of a June 28, 1994 memo from Kevin T. Cornish, Senior Protection Engineer of PG&E in which
he is informing Robin Gudgel of Trace, of the approval of the Trace 4024 for use on the PG&E
distribution system.

Mr. Cornish states that the tests were done at the test facility at San Ramon in conjunction with John
Berdner.

There are no details of the tests.  Mr. Cornish states "I was veryimpressed with the units and satisfied
with the testing."

If any of the three men mentioned above can be located, possibly details of the testing could be found.
