Fluke Meters [RE-wrenches]

AND YET ANOTHER:
Not really, but sorta.... Some of my 87's LCD display has also dimmed
and is hard to read in different light conditions.  My meter is at least
six years old, maybe closer to ten.  The display has actually been bad
for years, but I can't part with it long enough to send it in for
repairs!  I'm thinking of a back up field meter and am tempted to try
out Radio Shack's $49 meter (on sale) complete with computer port,
cables and software.  Maybe then I'd feel okay about sending in the
Fluke.
