Thanks Steve. Actually I do not take blame. In fact I would take some kudos as I have been working hard in the background to head this off. :)

Your message to Topica looked good, but they might take this part to mean that you want to be removed from their data base entirely, which would remove you from any Topica lists you are on. Better to specify that you want them to remove you from any lists or data bases that you have not subscribed to.
