SW2512 and pump problems [RE-wrenches]

David,
    I'm also not sure that the $325 converter you mentioned for the 9300
will work in this application.  If it's Shurflo's product, it's a controller
for array-direct operation, switchable 12 or 24 volts.  At 12V array-direct,
the 9300 pumps at .78 gpm, so probably .6 on batteries.  Maybe a 12-24
step-up converter would work.  I have a customer about to try a 24V Dankoff
Booster Pump on a 12V system, and Dan Pringle said it should work OK (done
for voltage drop reasons on a long run).  Any other wrenches tried voltage
step-up on DC motor loads?
