Might I suggest the term "installing dealers" since it is regularly used in the industry. Not sure who to credit, but I first heard it from Richard Perez.

Ad size is the question here if the goal really is to list them all, and my guess is that Richard will make it work.

That said, I am not convinced it is a good idea to list them all in the ad. It might be best to describe the resource and how to get it -- 1) via the i2p.org web site, 2) by an autoresponse mail message that sends the list within an email message when an interested party sends a message to, for example RE_Installing_Dealers at i2p.org, and 3) via snail mail at the IPP postal address.
