You\u2019ll need a charger like iota or lithium back start type which you just hook up direct. <br>
<br>
A short cut is to turn off the dc loads side of the system and hit the battery with PV volts directly. Then once the battery has enough volts to start the CC, it\u2019ll start charging. <br>
<br>
There must be some dc loads on which drained the batteries. <br>
Hard to know if they are dead. They are hard to kill but not impossible. <br>
