Someone contacted me about trying to set up a new XWpro. Insight home no other devices. <br>

Inverter is on, led lights say it\u2019s working there is 120/240v but it won\u2019t power any loads. <br>

I told him to make sure they had both updated firmware but he ran into trouble <br>

Question <br>
Would incorrect firmware create that situation? I mean it\u2019s weird it\u2019s got volts but won\u2019t do watts. <br>
