<div dir="ltr">Do you have the proper hub 10.3 installed? And are the jumpers set correctly? Mate3S? it almost sounds like the slave is set in the Mate not to charge. And if not plugged into the correct hub port, stuff like this happens also. I've never faced your situation so can't address it directly.
However, I don't think matching firmware requires replacing a
control board. Can't you just update the firmware to the latest for
that legacy product using a Mate3?<br>
