Hello all, I don\u2019t post much anymore but I\u2019m in the process of installing a small (6.4) kw system on my condo, I started putting it in and went to the city for a permit but the city told me they can\u2019t give me a permit without HOA approval. I\u2019m well within the parameters I know they require, but I didn\u2019t get their permission. The way I read the more recent Solar Access Laws there is no grounds for this. Does anyone have any recent experience with this?<div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Max Balchowsky</div><div dir="auto">SEE Systems</div><div dir="auto">Newport Beach Ca 92683</div><div dir="auto">760-403-6810</div>
