He has a Radian 8048A/FX80 w/ 2kw PV. When he shutters the place for the winter he turns the inverter off, sets AGS to OFF, and only the FX80 is left on. When he tried to turn the inverter on at the Mate 3S, it would not activate. Charger light is on and the Mate is showing charging happening. I instructed him to power cycle, which he did a few times, then plug and unplug the Mate cable at both the Mate and Hub\u2026.Nada. Any suggestions before I make a long expensive trek out there to do much the same?
