<p>Eric, definitely what I had seen when we offgrid field tested the mppt- 80 in 2010 ! Totally bullet proof charger and the SQD disco shows there are 127 on the west coast for $115 <span>HU361RB. Typically this is outside and protected where it belongs. It is fine next to the mppt if needed. Just do not land 600vdc in the PDP if you want code compliance and safety of the power system.</span></p>
<p><span>The newer Mppt-100-600 is just as robust. </span></p>

<p>It is 600vdc ! Do you want that in a PDP with your 48Vdc and 120/240vac? I do not believe it to be UL listed for 600vdc in there, and so you are breaking some pretty big rules here. I do not post much anymore here. Keep 600vdc out of the PDP and for Offgrid we always want high reliability. Just good design practice!</p>
