I have a long time off-grid PV customer who also has a 20-year-old Whisper 200 turbine on a 75' tower. The turbine has been out of commission for some years due to failed bearings and now my customer wants to replace it. I\u2019m struggling to find an appropriately sized replacement for him that isn\u2019t some no-name piece of import junk\u2014 but I\u2019m also not a wind expert and I haven\u2019t kept up with the changes in the field over the last few years.
