Speaking was a rep from LG Chem and from SolarEdge. I asked the LG rep if there had been any production problems with the LG production line. He said with a straight face there were no problems and we should order now before they ran out. I pulled up a trade article on my phone about a shut down in the production line at LG Chem and we passed it around in the back of the room and sniggered. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif";color:#1f497d"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif";color:#1f497d">I am not saying all LG Chem reps are liars but this one sure was. We had about 7 batteries under recall. LGC had some 3<sup>rd</sup> party outfit that was going to go to customer homes and do the swap-out and we said, \u201coh, no\u2026we\u2019ll replace the batteries for our customers thank you.\u201d<br><br>I still have three batteries with unconfirmed replacement. The shortage of old style Resu10 batteries means they must, in their own words, buy these batteries off the open market place to provide back to us and end consumers under recall. Crazy.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Now I am a big fan of the LG Prime 16 so far. Nice looking package and just the right amount of storage.
