I tell rework customers that the repair will be more expensive than the original install because there is time expended to undo the harm before the good work can start. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif";color:#1f497d"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif";color:#1f497d">If we sense the customer is not willing to trust us, we make a hasty retreat. A diplomatic exit is sometimes the best course.
