<p>No Sir! Never use a cheap genset on any inverter/charger. It is the best way to ruin the input relays.</p>
<p>The alternative is to have a spare DC charger for use after the inverter/charger has been damaged. Schneider also logs this for warranty. I would assume that Outback Radian does also?</p>
