Because the OEM says it\u2019s not a warranty issue and it\u2019s not shipping damage. </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">The distributor is caught in the middle. </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">Distributor cut me what I think is a good deal. </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">I can send them back on my dime and get another pallet. </div><div dir="ltr">That\u2019s $1400+ for shipping and my time. Drive to town pay the forklift guy wait all day to meet the truck on both delivery and pickup. </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">Which is another $.11 watt. Vs the $.13 discount that my distributor is giving me. Taken together is a $.24 per watt savings. </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">So I take it the other way. The distributor is really helping me out. And I\u2019ll be sure to give the distributor more biz. </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">But I won\u2019t buy CS again and you can be sure I\u2019ll bad mouth them for years. It would have be nothing for them to cut me a deal. Canadian solar drew the line with \u201c it\u2019s within tolerance, not a warranty issue\u201d<br>

So I\u2019m out of options from them. Quite disappointed and I won\u2019t buy them again. <br>
<br>
My distributor was great and with their discount I feel a bit better. <br>
<br>
But any kind of return wasn\u2019t on the table. <br>
