<p>I think I'm going to have to side with Jason. Many times my
distributor has eaten crow for stuff like this and of course there
has been times months after a delivery where I've found damage
that I've had to eat. Its the cost of doing business but if these
were a fairly recent delivery, the distributor should help.</p>

a full refund or I'd take my business elsewhere. My
distributor would never accept this from a manufacturer I
would think. That's the whole benefit of having a middleman
- they are paid to deal with these kinds of issue!</div>
