<p>The inverter is set to ON not to SEARCH. If the Enphase circuit is switched off, the pulsing stops immediately. This system has both AC and DC coupling.</p>
<p>In another location, with a Sunny Boy AC coupled with a pair of stacked VFX3524 inverters, there is some pulsing in low light conditions. The Radian and Enphase combo is much more noticeable.</p>

<div dir="auto">I would think that in time there might be damage. Check to make sure the inverter is not on search but I stead "ON", next if you turn off the enphase the the outback perform normally. Check the inverter frequency to see your frequency is shifting have one that has both AC & DC Coupling and no issues.</div>
