I just swapped 2 20 yr old 4024s for 2 magnums. It was a Original power panel so the 4024 PAE\u2019s fit well and was a 240v generator and system. </div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr">As to the batteries, I prefer 2v cells, for exactly the reasons you state. </div><div dir="ltr">To move them a few options. if they are on concrete you can use the old roller method, pry it up and slide steel or even pvc pipes under it and roll it around. Or build a steel dolly with caster wheels, pick up the battery with 1 or 2 engine hoists, then lower into dolly and wheel it around. Of course youve got to somehow get into the truck, </div><div dir="ltr">But my preferred is to use heavy machinery, backhoe or mini excavator.
