Conduit works well too, I have different sizes of pipe, once you get the first pipe centered under the case you can rock it to get one edge higher enabling you to use a 3/4 piece of conduit and so on. On the dirt floor use planks NOT plywood or flooring again depending on the height of the threshold use the various pipe diameters along w/ the center pivot point to go over the threshold. the same thing once you get it outside. <div class="">Safety glasses, rope thru the case to aid in pulling and only hold your pipes w/ your finger tips. You will be surprised how easy things will be.
