<p>Concur with Sandra completely.</p>
<p>All of my clients are having no problems with Insight2 as far as what Howie wrote. It has been very reliable for about a year now.</p>
<p>The remote programming with Insight2 has had a few issues but it is on the sched to be fixed. Many are working fine but a few are not and that is what Trevor addressed in a troubleshooting tool. The Gateway can be remote programmed also and has had very few problems since beta testing. Even then it was solid.</p>

This has been my experience and it is a major issue since I sold my clients on the remote monitoring and configuration capability of the XW.
