<div dir="ltr">It is of grid and, yes, the generator was running when I attempted to equalize.<br>Schneider has no solution and it is just outside the 2 year warranty. <div>I am going to try a couple of things when I go back:<div><ul><li>setting the battery type to the default for FLA battery - it is set to Custom battery right now;</li><li>installing an older firmware version, to see if it is just a bug in the last update. </li></ul>However, based on the condition of the battery, I suspect the client has never been able to properly equalize; despite thinking they were doing everything properly.</div><div><br></div><div>A real shame they even released this inverter to the market. This will likely be the third and last CSW that we end up replacing with a Magnum.</div><div>If anyone else has had issues with the CSW, I'd like to know.
