Weeks go by before they ship replacement parts. </div><div dir="auto">Their products are pretty good, but the support I have been faced with from them continues to be abysmal.</div><div dir="auto">I and my customers are very disappointed with this, and I have run out of apologies and excuses for my customers.</div><div dir="auto">It doesnt seem like the gateway was ready for prime time, yet they were shipping them anyway. All mine came with firmware that would not let them connect to the internet and had to be flashed immediately. We installed it on an XW 5548, AGS, Batt Mon, HV-MPPT charge controller ~ 4 years old.</div><div><br></div><div>For some reason, we cannot make changes to the system via the portal. The monitoring is much better but the control isn't functional. When I make a parameter change, it asks for the username and password but then gives this error every time:</div><div><div><img src="cid:ii_k628shx60" alt="image.png" width="452" height="184"><br></div><div><br></div><div>I verified that I am entering the Gateway admin username and the new password that I assigned. I can log into it locally, directly through the Access Pt functionality.</div><div><br></div><div>Any suggestions?
