<p>We ran the field test XW pro here AC coupled to test function and programming in AC coupling. Used a Schneider grid inverter and it all worked fine. A good set-up for a large grid or micro grid install.</p>
<p>I still do not get why someone with a medium/small offgrid (less than 14KW or so) system would want to add all of the complexity and get so little in return? Love the picture of the AGM ! Respect it please! If you get a lightning strike nearby and the failsafe fails! Just sounds like you are giving the client a headache to me. Convince me why for offgrid please?</p>

<p>You definitely want a relay to disconnect the GT inverters, in case frequency shifting isn't working.&nbsp; With a large enough array and small battery bank, you can over shoot battery voltage really quickly and start damaging the batteries.&nbsp; I've seen just milli-amps push an AGM battery to 64 v, once it reaches full charge.</p>
