<p>The transformer is just to balance the legs, and isn't necessary
to run the heat pump with 2 inverters. On the programming, port 1
should be <i>stack </i><i>1-2 ph Master</i>, and then set port 2
to <i>Classic slave.</i> <br>
</p>
<p>BTW, we as an industry should move far away from this archaic
and offensive labeling. Master? Slave? My daughter heard me
mention that the other day and was mortified, as all of us should
be too. Gentlefolks, it's time for some 21st Century solar
Vocabulary.<br>

but in all my years I have never had to power a 230V load with
an OutBack system before. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">A couple of quick questions. It is a 8 year
old OutBack system with two FX2524T\u2019s presently powering two
120Vac legs with no 240Vac output.<o:p></o:p></p>
