<div dir="auto"><div>William,<div dir="auto">I have not tried to reach Schneider recently, so I can't speak to any changes in the last several months. However, previously, my experience with their tech support had been generally good, and certainly never comparably bad as the good old days of Xantrex. Hopefully folks' recent bad experience is an anomaly, I've been putting all my eggs in that basket. </div><div dir="auto">And I think their new support protocol actually has installers in mind, by giving us a less crowded phone support when we need it. They vet folks to make sure they are actually installers and they're resources are geared toward the folks we really want them to support so that we are not left on hold for hours.
