That's my next step - to isolate each inverter and see if only one is the offending unit. It's an 880ah battery with a desired charge rate of 200A, so ultimately I will need at least two inverters.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">I did rig up a 3000W solar array and was able to charge perfectly to my desired setpoint using XW charge controllers. They are 130A chargers so set one to the percentage of charge to get the correct amps. Use the master. Disable the other 3 chargers by deselecting operating. Everything on an XW is DSP controlled and can be set. Maybe the "schneider lady" here can help. I did correct a problem like this and I had to use the "config tool" to do this. I also needed help from engineering and it was a long time ago.</p>

Two of the four inverters are reporting the battery voltage about 0.8V lower than the other two. I think this might be my issue. At rest two of the inverters show the battery voltage as 53.4V, which is the correct voltage as measured on my meter and on the battery BMS display. The other two inverters show 52.8V and 52.7V in the Combox diagnostics. I'm now thinking these two inverter battery voltage readings are the issue. Is there a way to calibrate the XW battery voltage readings? I suppose I could disable the chargers on these inverters, but that is not a permanent solution if that is found to be the issue.</div>

They are hitting 58.4V and tripping the battery management units on a set of Lithium Batts. Any ideas why this would happen?
