would tell this client you can't touch this PV system
without replacing the mounting system completely. I
can't see how that meets any building code. There is no
question in my mind that it will eventually leak. Wrong
application, no flashing - this is a recipe for
disaster. I hate it when people get taken like this by
installers who have no idea what they are doing.</div>
