The pilot<div class=""> stays on all the time and most of my off grid homes quiet is what folks enjoy the most. Inverters/ gen in the power shed, Blomburg fridges @1.9RA (chill plate) and the we have installed the Rinnai heaters both K1 & propane for many years w/ little to no problems.
