We've welded a flanged plate to the bottom of the pole and then
set epoxy anchor bolts into the rock. Another option we've tried
is drill a 8" hole into the rock to get the base of the pole a
foot down into the rock and then poured a reinforced block of
concrete on top of the rock. smaller holes were drilled into the
surrounding rock to attach the concrete to the rock as well.

Ballasted systems could be an option, as well as low profile

work. Any thoughts?
