Several are over 15 years old now and represent multiple brands and combinations of inverters. None of these systems relied on frequency shift by battery inverter to force solar inverter off line. So far no problems.<div><br></div><div>All of these systems utilized a 30 or 60 amp power relay having a 120 vac coil controlled by a smaller control relay having a 12 vdc coil directly controlled from aux. relay contacts in inverter. High battery voltage triggered array disconnect from secondary breaker panel on output side of battery inverter.
