I was on site last Friday and was able to sort out the AGS issues, at least I thought I had. I left the site with the generator charging the batteries. After the generator had ran for about 5 hrs and the battery voltage read 51.5 volts the customer called concerned that the generator had not shut down after the charge reached a float level. They turned the generator off and at that point lost half the loads in the house because the slave inverter had shut down. This is the first time I have worked with the MATE3 and have searched high and low through the manual to try and find how I can access the mode setting for the slave inverter, so that I can turn it back on, but I have found nothing.
