<DIV style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif; font-size:10pt;"><DIV>Most of our central Virginia solar projects are not near saltwater, but Virginia does have a long eastern coastline on the ocean and we do get a few calls from time to time where salt corrosion is a problem.&nbsp;&nbsp; Just starting a new proposal where&nbsp;ocean salt corrosion&nbsp;is an issue and&nbsp;noticed that most module manufacturer's&nbsp;are now putting a disclaimer in their warranties that voids everything if a failure is related to salt water corrosion.</DIV>
