I have a client with a Lorentz pump controller that is malfunctioning and
he is without water.<br><br>
I understand that Genpro Energy is the only service agent in the
US. Is this correct? They are not answering their
phones today, I assume because of blizzard conditions. <br><br>
Is there a replacement for the PS6000? Is there another service
company?<br><br>
Thanks for your help. Needless to say, this is a real serious
problem.<br><br>
