<DIV style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif; font-size:10pt;"><DIV>Since most of our initial sales start with a phone call from somebody saying - "they want to buy some solar panels" , I start with asking a few questions to see if they really have a need but are not sure what to ask for.&nbsp; After a brief conversation it will soon become clear how serious they are and by then I explain that this is a process that requires a site visit, review of any shading or electrical issues, roof structural issues, and check of all energy using devices to make sure everything is as energy efficient as possible.&nbsp; </DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>I point out that before we can provide a firm price, we also need to have a longer conversation than a phone call&nbsp;so we can show them all of the many options and designs available&nbsp;since we also do many battery based systems.&nbsp; Before ending the call I let them know that yes we do charge for this initial site, but if they later purchase a system from us, we will credit this initial fee in full towards the purchase price.&nbsp; I also point out that if they decide later that this was not what they thought or a system was too expensive,&nbsp; most find the written report will still help them reduce their&nbsp;energy usage as we address all of their existing lighting, kitchen appliances, and HVAC systems and point out any problem areas.</DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>Remember, like all things in this life, you get what you pay for and if they get the information for free, that is about what they think it is&nbsp;worth.</DIV>
