Howie,<br><br>I think Matt has it right.&nbsp; There is a need and place for this type of arrangement.&nbsp; A generic boilerplate PPA which could be passed off to Non-Profits as a cookie cutter for initiating the own PPA with there own donor/investors would be a help in making this go.&nbsp; Does anyone have such a document they would be willing to share?<br>
