I am building a home on 20 acres which will be the location of a commercial gardening site set up in conjunction with food shelf programs that are working to combat hunger and bring proper nutrition primarily to impoverished inner city residents.  I also am a science teacher and want to use the farm as an environmental classroom, and want to demonstrate dependence on renewable energy sources.  My research on solar powered electrical generation in Minnesota reveals it to be somewhat inefficient due to the nature of our winters, but also revealed that my site is well situated for wind generated electricity.  I haven't priced windmills or followed their developed since the 1980's, and would like to be brought up to speed.  Can you help?
