Re the movie star land line questions I posted last week, the issue has been aborted.  The bad news is that I called the General Contractor and was told "she wants a land line" so end of attempt.  The GC is a firewall between the M.S. (movie star) and me.
However, the good news is that I was also told: Off-grid with generator backup, so no utility line; independent water system (SunRise and Solar Force); and efficient appliances.  So perhaps the end goal is being met anyway.
Now the problem is designing the system.  My experience is that very wealthy clients are often the hardest to design for, as well as the hardest to please.  Trying to do more than a rough ballpark of a load analysis is futile, especially for occasional use.  I suppose I'll just do top-of-the-line 48V around a dual 5548 with automatic backup from a 12 or 20 kW Kohler, and one of our Boiler Boss DC hydronic systems for winter heat.
Thanks to all who responded to my request for info.  I will save those wrenches postings for the next application.
