General Contractor and discuss needs and realities with the client

Re the movie star land line questions I posted last week, the issue has

Now the problem is designing the system. My experience is that very
wealthy clients are often the hardest to design for, as well as the hardest
to please. Trying to do more than a rough ballpark of a load analysis
is futile, especially for occasional use. I suppose I'll just do
top-of-the-line 48V around a dual 5548 with automatic backup from a 12
or 20 kW Kohler, and one of our Boiler Boss DC hydronic systems for winter
heat.</FONT></FONT><FONT COLOR="#000000"><FONT SIZE=-1>
