<div dir="auto">Just a quick shout out to Sol-Max tech support who proactively alerted me to a Powerflo16 battery issue, anticipated and identified the problem, pushed a remote software update with minimal on-site requirements from me, and resolved the issue. <div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">If you get a P3 cell fault error, apparently there is a software fix for it. The BMS Bluetooth app looks fine for all of the battery cells, but the BMS reports a cell error. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">It only required my turning off battery breakers at the inverters. No other hoops to jump through. <div dir="auto"><br><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Jason Szumlanski</div><div dir="auto">Principal Solar Designer</div><div dir="auto">Florida Solar Design Group</div></div></div></div>
