Someone contacted me about trying to set up a new XWpro. Insight home no other devices. <br>

Inverter is on, led lights say it’s working there is 120/240v but it won’t power any loads. <br>

I told him to make sure they had both updated firmware but he ran into trouble <br>

Question <br>
Would incorrect firmware create that situation? I mean it’s weird it’s got volts but won’t do watts. <br>

But XW/pros are not my expertise <br>
