<div class="pre" style="margin: 0; padding: 0; font-family: monospace"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The array is on a separate utility building that houses a water pump and tank as well as the inverter and batteries. Since there is more in the building than just solar related equipment, RS is technically required. </span></div>
